The Euromax Terminal is Rotterdam's most important and one of its largest container terminals as a container hub. For dry bulk cargo and bulk liquids, Europe Bulk Services is Rotterdam's leading terminal. Not the largest, perhaps, but most adaptable. EBS handles a big range of bulk cargo types and backs this with superb inland waterway facilities. Duisburg Terminals

Container transport – Duisburg Gateway Terminal (DGT)

The Duisburg Gateway Terminal is the next generation in innovative and sustainable logistics. The most sustainable terminal in Duisburg, it is currently progressing to expand its capacity to 1 million TEU from 850,000 per year by 2026–2027. Driven by hydrogen, solar power, fuel cells and battery storage, DGT is leading the way to climate-neutral logistics in Europe. Its direct train connection to China through the Silk Road enhances its global importance beyond inland waterways.

Bulk freight – Duisburg Bulk Terminal (DBT)

The Duisburg Bulk Terminal is extremely agile, with the capacity to deal with more than 100 different types of cargo. Owned by leading operators in the Port of Duisburg, DBT is intensely embedded in the regional logistics chain and boasts firm multimodal connections.
